Lacqr provides a booking management platform and AI-powered pricing tools for nail technicians and beauty professionals.
Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activity.
Lacqr provides the following services:
AI Pricing Disclaimer: Lacqr Lens provides pricing estimates based on AI analysis of images. These are recommendations only and should not be relied upon as definitive pricing. You are solely responsible for final pricing decisions for your services.
Subscription Tiers: Lacqr offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Salon) with varying features and pricing. Details are available on our pricing page.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Client Bookings: Clients booking appointments through your Lacqr booking page are subject to your cancellation and deposit policies, which you configure in your settings.
Deposits: If you enable deposit collection, Lacqr facilitates payment processing through Stripe. You are responsible for honoring appointments and providing the services promised.
Cancellations: Your cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Lacqr is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lacqr or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (photos, service descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Lacqr a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service. Lacqr is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party service providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LACQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LACQR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LACQR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lacqr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a class member in any class action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
